International Conference Titled "The Genocide of Armenians: Retrospectives and Perspectives" at YSU

On September 9, 2024, at 9:00 am, YSU will host a three-day international conference titled "The Genocide of Armenians: Retrospectives and Perspectives". The event marks the 90th anniversary of the publication of Franz Werfel’s novel, The Forty Days of Musa Dagh.

YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, Ashot Melkonyan, the Director of the Institute of History of NAS RA, and Vahram Petrosyan, the Director of IAS at YSU, along with scholars from around the globe, ambassadors, and other distinguished guests, will participate in the conference.
