Educational-Research Program Titled "Application of Geographical and Cartographic Methods in Military Geography"

From May 2 to 4, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., at YSU "University" Training and Production Base in Tsaghkadzor, the educational-research program titled "Application of Geographical and Cartographic Methods in Military Geography" will be held.   

As part of the program, three-day training sessions and field research activities will be organized in a format similar to geocaching. During those three days, participants will gain knowledge on military geography, accurate orientation in the terrain, and the global positioning system, along with the practical skills necessary for their application. The program will also provide participants with the opportunity to use state-of-the-art navigation equipment, including compasses and GPS devices.
