Admission requirements
The applicants pass competitive exams in "Semiconductor Physics" (oral) and "Physics" (oral).
The aim of the program
The program aims to prepare qualified personnel who have mastered the achievements of modern science in the fields of semiconductor physics, microelectronics, integrated circuit design, gas, and biochemical sensors, capable of understanding their development prospects, provide basic knowledge in the field of nanophysics and nanotechnology, as well as educate specialists who will be able to research, prepare and work with nanoscale materials, structures, composite materials and devices made on their basis.

Students of the educational program acquire deep knowledge and abilities, particularly in the fields of microelectronics and material science. The combination of these areas is due to the problems of private companies and research organizations.
Career opportunities
Graduates have the opportunity to work in "National Instruments" and RA IT sector enterprises and branches of foreign enterprises in that sector, "Synopsys" and "Cisco" companies, scientific research laboratories of YSU Physics Institute, RA NAS of Radiophysics and Electronics, Physical Research, Yerevan Physics Institutes, etc.
