On November 21, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., in the reading hall of the YSU 6th building, an event dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the Research on Armenian Architecture (RAA) Foundation will take place, organized through joint efforts of the History Faculty and the RAA Foundation.
During the event, the foundation’s administration will donate a complete collection of the foundation’s publications to the Library of the History Faculty. This donation will greatly contribute to the further development of Armenian studies at the faculty.
The event will feature the presentation of the 21st volume of the "Scientific Studies" series, titled "Lithographs of Armenian Settlements in India", as well as the premiere of the movie "India: With Armenian Traces".
The speakers at the event will include:
- Mikayel Hovhannisyan, Vice-Rector for Development and Innovation, Yerevan State University
- Mkhitar Gabrielyan, Dean of the Faculty of History, Yerevan State University
- Raffi Kortoshyan, Co-Director for Administrative Affairs and Publications, Research on Armenian Architecture Foundation
- Arsen Harutyunyan, lithographist, paleographer, lecturer at the Chair of Archeology and Ethnography, Yerevan State University
