As part of the university-school cooperation, representatives from the Faculty of International Relations hosted around 130 students from the basic and high schools of Yerevan and the provinces of Armenia in YSU Balian Hall.
The Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, PhD, Associate Professor Tigran Yepremyan, presented the structure, history, and details about the faculty’s educational programs to the students.
The Head of the faculty’s office, PhD Gor Petrosyan, PhD, Associate Professor Zhak Manukyan, and PhD, Associate Professor Nubar Chalemyan discussed the admission procedure, the educational programs offered at the faculty, their advantages, and the subjects taught.
Representatives of the Faculty Student Council presented the educational programs through a slide presentation.
The meeting took place in an interactive format, with students receiving answers to their questions, mostly related to career opportunities and professional growth for political scientists and international relations specialists.
At the end of the meeting, the students visited YSU History Museum to learn more about the university's history.
Such visits are of great significance for students as they contribute to the development of their educational and professional interests, as well as to their career orientation.
