About the program
“National Security” master’s program lasts 2 years. At the end of the program the graduate receives master’s degree in political science. The program is for the graduates of political science and related fields.
Admission requirements
The admission is carried out according to YSU Master’s degree full-time studies admission regulations of the 2023-2024 academic year. Within the framework of political science specialty the admission is conducted without exams, and the applicants of related professions take the final summative bachelor’s degree exam in political science.
About the program
The program aims to train specialists who will have a deep understanding of direct and indirect factors aimed at ensuring comprehensive national security, develop student’s skills in analyzing and coordinating issues related to this area, make students capable of making decisions and forecasts regarding the development of the national security system.

The graduates of the program can continue their Ph.D. studies in the faculty of international relations at YSU.
