Entrepreneur Karen Margaryan, Founder of MBG Hospitality, delivered a lecture at YSU Faculty of Economics and Management on the practical aspects of restaurant business management.
The founder of MBG presented to the students of the management stream his experience in the HoReCa sector and the opportunities for the development of Armenia's economy. During the meeting, he shared with the students various models for becoming a restaurateur in the HoReCa industry, the creation of a network of conceptual restaurants in Armenia, and the unique features of coordinating such processes. The discussion also focused on the possibilities for rebranding Armenian cuisine and promoting it effectively.
The meeting was interactive, allowing students to engage with K. Margaryan's insights. At the end, Karen Margaryan presented Professor Erin Meyer's book "The Culture Map" to the student who asked the most interesting question.
Additionally, an agreement was reached to organize professional internships for YSU students at MBG Hospitality.
