On February 14, 2025, the Berlin-based serial entrepreneur and CEO of Xbird, Sebastian Sujka, delivered a lecture at YSU Faculty of Economics and Management. The meeting, titled "Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and the Path of Technological Startups", was organized by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia.

During his speech, the renowned mentor shared his knowledge and experience, outlining 10 key lessons for achieving success in the world of startups. It is noteworthy that Xbird, based in Berlin, is a company operating in the field of digital healthcare, utilizing artificial intelligence.
The speaker has extensive experience in creating technological startups and scaling them across various sectors. He has successfully founded and sold several companies, including Xbird, Datamonk, and BrainEffect. Sebastian is also involved in the management of acquiring companies, specializing in the use of technology as a factor that drives business growth and solves complex problems. He is well-known for his ability to build strategic partnerships between startups and large corporations, as well as his expertise in managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and developing innovative ecosystems. His diverse experience makes him a valuable mentor for startups focused on rapid growth and market entry.

The lecture was attended by representatives of the faculty's teaching staff and students. During the interactive session, numerous questions were raised, to which the speaker responded by sharing his own experiences of both successes and failures.
