Admission requirements

The admission of the program for the 2023/2024 academic year by full-time and part-time modes of study will be performed according to the requirements of the "YSU Master's degree (full-time and part-time modes of study) admission procedure".

The aim of the program

The "Business Administration (Management)" Master's degree program aims to prepare narrow functional managers of the business sector who, by ISO 9001 international standards, will be able to:

• Identify the risks accompanying the directions of the organization's activities, business processes, business systems, personnel, third parties, and adverse external situations beyond the organization's control and implement measures to reduce them,
• Develop a risk management system to strengthen the organization's financial stability, develop and implement a control system in organizations, introduce a methodology of corporate management, effective communication, staff promotion, and evaluation,
• Apply practical skills to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of managerial decisions in conditions of information certainty and uncertainty,
• Diagnose and evaluate the insolvency of organizations by implementing a rating methodology, during the studies, students will be given practical skills by solving the real problems of organizations operating in the Republic of Armenia.

Graduates of the program work as managers of organizations in various fields, project, personnel, financial, logistics, risk management specialists, and business consultants (identification of business problems and development of solutions, development, and implementation of quality management system, rating of organizations).
