Business Administration (Management)

The curriculum of the Master's educational program consists of general, professional, specialized, elective courses and a research module. During the final year, students undergo a 2-month professional internship in organizations.

Admission Requirements

Graduates with bachelor's, master's, or graduate qualifications from other non-governmental universities who have passed state and institutional accreditation in their specialties, have the opportunity to apply for admission to the YSU Master's degree program for the 2023/2024 academic year in full-time and part-time forms of study.

The aim of the program

The main purpose of the Master's degree is to help prepare competitive leadership managers in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, who have a creative managerial style of work. During the training, students will acquire practical skills in order to solve real problems in organizations, using various management methods, techniques, models and other tools.

Advantages

Upon completion of the program, the graduates will be able to implement requirements and technologies for the development of quality and risk management systems in organizations in accordance with international standards ISO 9001:2015, analyze, reorganize and coordinate business processes of organizations, diagnose and assess the insolvency of organizations by implementing a ranking methodology, make decisions and forecasts in the presence of incomplete information, systematically analyze and evaluate their and their colleagues’ behavior in the organizational environment-absolutely in the workplace - apply tools for encouraging and evaluating staff and identify traits inherent in a leader, depending on the situation.

Graduates of the program work as managers of organizations in various sectors, specialists in projects, personnel, finance, logistics, risk management, business consultants (identification of business problems and development of ways to solve them, development and implementation of a quality management system, rating of organizations).
