The Reaction of the Arabic-language digital media during the Second Artsakh War and post-war developments

It is obvious that the Second Artsakh War was a powerful information impetus for both the world and the Arabic-speaking environment, after which much more was written about this conflict than during the last decade. This becomes evident by the observation of the geographical results of the search for "Nagorno Karabakh" on Google Trends . The developments and the challenges of the security of the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh, including Armenians and especially the Armenian communities of the Middle East should be studied, evaluated and analysed thoroughly. The purpose of this research is to answer the above mentioned issues by substantive study of Arabic-language digital media. The official statements of different Arab countries, the reaction of mass media to the topic, the content of discussions in social media particularly in the communities/groups with large audiences and influences are planned to be studied. The importance of the topic and its discussions in Arabic-speaking environment are further enhanced especially in the context of involvement of Arabic-speaking mercenaries in the conflict.
