The problems and prospects of human capital development will remain interesting from the point of view of research as long as it has a significant impact on the general socio-economic characteristics of the country. Moreover, the above relationship is emphasized at the macro level for the proper design of the country's long-term development strategy. On the other hand, the study of human capital development prospects at the micro level is a cornerstone in terms of establishing and maintaining unbreakable relationships in the employee-organization chain. Therefore, the entire chain of study is three-pronged, with individual-organization-state subjects.
During the implementation of the project, both a theoretical study will be carried out in order to reveal the existing realities, as well as a research of applied importance. Based on the results of the research, it is planned to develop a set of recommendations regarding the implementation structure of the RA Government's program provisions related to human capital to ensure the possible prerequisites for the mutually agreed upon and sustainable implementation of the abovementioned three-pronged chain․
