The personnel management department carries out the registration of YSU personnel, training and certification of employees, drafts orders on hiring, firing, encouraging employees, applying disciplinary penalties to them and drafts of other legal acts to regulate labor relations, keeps records of adopted legal acts and carries out other functions referring to labor relations.
