THE RESULTS OF THE "WHO KNOWS GRABAR BETTER" OLYMPIAD WERE SUMMARIZED IN YSU
During the ceremony of summarizing the results of the Olympiad entitled "Who knows Grabar better", the first, second, and third prize winners were awarded, and the rest of the participants received certificates of appreciation and incentive prizes.
For the first category of the Olympiad, the participants translated the text into a Grabar. As a result of the collected points, the YSU Armenian Philology Faculty-student Ani Tadevosyan won the 1st prize, Tamara Karapetyan, a student of the same faculty, took the 2nd place, and Gohar Hayrapetyan, a student of the Artsakh State University, took the 3rd place.
For the second nomination, the participants wrote an essay titled "My Nairian country Armenia". The first and second prizewinners were students of Gevorgyan Theological Seminary, Arman Abrahamyan and Deacon Gevorg Karapetyan, and the third prizewinner was Zhenya Ghazaryan, a student of the YSU Faculty of Armenian Philology.
The participants occupying the first position received a reward of 100,000 AMD each, the second - 70,000 AMD, and the third - professional books. All the participants who took prize places received incentive gifts, professional books, and certificates, the other participants received certificates of appreciation and professional books.
It should be noted that the organizers of the Olympiad were the YSU Chair of Armenian Language History and General Linguistics, the Faculty's SSS, the "Classical School" Foundation, and the Ararat Patriarchal Diocese.
