ԵՊՀ-ում հյուրընկալվեց միջազգային ճանաչում ունեցող քաղաքագետ Ժիլ Կեպելը ԵՊՀ այցելեց ֆրանսիացի քաղաքագետ, արաբագետ, Միջին Արևելքի և ժամանակակից իսլամի մասնագետ Ժիլ Կեպելը։ ԵՊՀ ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին կրթական և գիտական համագործակցության հեռանկարները, ժամանակակից աշխարհում կրոնի, քաղաքականության և մշակույթի փոխազդեցության, ինչպես նաև երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցեր։
One Health: Unifying scientific approach to humans, animals, and nature YSU Faculty of Biology, continuing its policy of expanding scientific collaborations, hosted Professor Marina Tediashvili, Doctor of Biological Sciences from George Eliava Institute of Bacteriophages, Microbiology and Virology, Georgia. Invited by Associate Professor Hovik Panosyan from the Chair of Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Biotechnology, Professor Tediashvili delivered a lecture titled "The Experience of the Eliava Institute in the One Health Concept", which attracted significant interest among students, academic staff, and researchers.

YSU hosts delegation from North-Caucasus Federal University A delegation from North Caucasus Federal University (Stavropol, Russia), led by Rector Dmitry Bespalov, visited Yerevan State University with the aim of expanding cooperation in the fields of science and education. During the meeting, the Russian delegates, together with YSU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Elina Asriyan and Head of the International Cooperation Office Alexander Markarov, discussed and clarified areas of mutual interest.
28th International Conference of European Association of Spanish Language Teachers kicks off at YSU The 28th International Conference of the European Association of Spanish Language Teachers (AEPE) has commenced at Yerevan State University, under the theme "Spanish: A Language Without Borders in Time and Space. Tradition, Innovation, and Intercultural Dialogue." The three-day conference will focus on a wide array of issues related to the development of the Spanish language in the context of time and space.
YSU delegation visits University of Vienna: Research on fungal diversity and DNA barcoding in focus A delegation from Yerevan State University visited the University of Vienna, where a kick-off workshop and a series of scientific discussions were held with the participation of international colleagues. The events took place as part of the project titled "Biodiversity Assessment and DNA Barcoding of Mycorrhizal and Xylotrophic Fungi in Forested Regions of Armenia (BioBarFungArm)." The visit was organized under the APPEAR Academic Project 373, funded by APPEAR.
Model UN inter-university simulation kicks off at YSU With the initiative of the Student Scientific Society of YSU Faculty of International Relations, the Model UN inter-university educational simulation was launched in YSU Academic Council Session Hall. This branch of physics was established exactly a century ago and today plays a vital role in the advancement of science. World Quantum Day is celebrated annually on April 14, with the aim of promoting quantum science and technology across the globe. The date was specifically chosen because the number "4.14" corresponds to the first three digits of Planck’s constant (in electron volt-seconds). In this and the upcoming articles, we will explore and discuss the foundations of quantum mechanics and its interpretations.
The press and identity: How 1920s publications shaped our perceptions – A new study at YSU Mkhitar Gabrielyan, Dean of YSU Faculty of History, emphasizes that examining the Armenian press of the 1920s reveals a striking continuity in perception: essentially, little has changed. Both the Turkish perceptions of Armenians and the Armenian perceptions of Turks have remained largely the same over the decades. Together with Professor Edik Minasyan and Associate Professors Hayk Mkhoyan and Tigran Ghanalanyan from the Faculty of History, Dean Mkhitar Gabrielyan co-authored a scholarly article titled "The Reflection of the 1920 Armenian-Turkish War in the Armenian Press." The article was published in Belarusian State University’s Q2 academic journal "History".
