In the Middle Ages, Armenian sculptor masters actively participated in the construction of Seljuk Anatolian structures - Zaruhi Hakobyan Zaruhi Hakobyan, Associate Professor in the Chair of History and Theory of Armenian Art at Yerevan State University, along with her research team, is studying the symbolism and style of Armenian medieval sculptures, as well as their interactions with neighboring cultures. Her scientific project titled "Armenian Medieval Sculpture in the 12th-14th Centuries: Development Patterns, Symbolism, and Style" has received funding through the "Scientific Effectiveness Promotion Grant Program-2025" competition, announced by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports.

Democracy, human rights, security: DeHuRiS project launched at YSU The "Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in European Studies: Democracy, Human Rights and Security- DeHuRiS" project has been officially launched at Yerevan State University.
