THE SONG IS ONE OF THE CULTURAL FEATURES. PRESENTATION OF BOOK "MY BEAUTIFUL DREAM " AT YSU
Presentation of Armenush Arakelyan's book " "My Beautiful Dream " was held at YSU Chair of Iranian Studies today.
Head of YSU Chair of Iranian Studies Vardan Voskanyan, writer, writer, poet, film critic, editor and freelance publisher Mostafa Zaman-Nia, intellectuals, guests were present.
Armenush Arakelyan expressed special thanks to the Head of the Chair of Iranian Studies Vardan Voskanyan, stressing that the Chair of Iranian Studies is the best environment for presenting the book " "My beautiful dream ".
Presenting her book Armenush Arakelyan said that she came up with the idea of the book by translating her favorite songs and poems into Persian.
"Most translations in the Center for Armenian Studies in Tehran over the last 20-25 years have touched upon topics in Armenian history and the Armenian Genocide": said Armenush Arakelyan.
According to her Persians often expressed a desire to get acquainted with contemporary Armenian literature.
"The works in the book are very different, but they all touch on the theme of love, showing each author's philosophy on the theme": the author said.
Vardan Voskanyan, Head of the Chair of Iranian Studies, noted that the Chair actually carries out scientific-educational and cultural activities, strengthening the centuries-old relationships between Armenia and Iran, creating a cultural environment where not only Armenian students but also Iranian authors will be able to meet each other.
Lilit Bleyan, the songwriter, also presented her two songs during the book presentation.
