YSU ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE PUBLICATION OF "HRAPARAK" DAILY TODAY
“Hraparak” daily periodically spreads false news about the Yerevan State University, but today the newspaper excelled itself by publishing a direct word in a text unrelated to reality.
The mentioned quotation is not only YSU Acting Rector Gevorgyan's style, but at the meeting with the deans such issue was not discussed at all.
The discussion on the strike was held on November 6 with the participation of YSU Acting Rector, Deans of the Faculty of Armenian Philology and History, heads of the chair and student activists.
Regarding the meetings with the deans, Mr. Gegham Gevorgyan has already stated in the above-mentioned interview that he is starting discussions with the Deans on tuition fees and other admissions issues.
We demand that "Hraparak" daily, as well as the mass media, which reproduce the false information, deny it, otherwise YSU will have to file a lawsuit.
