WORLD ARABIC LANGUAGE DAY AT YSU

At the event were present representatives from YSU, Ambassadors from different Arabic countries, lecturers, students.

The event was organized by the Chair of Arabic Studies.

YSU Vice-rector Arthur Israelyan thanked the Ambassadors for attending the event.

The Dean of the Faculty Ruben Melkonyan congratulated those present on the event.

He said, that  the Chair of Arabic Studies is one of the linguistic and cultural centres of the region where qualified and experienced teaching staff is united.

In his greeting speech  the head of the Chair of Arabic Studies Hayk Kocharyan  stressed that he is happy that this day has become a tradition.

During the event the students came up with mucisal performances, presented traditions and habits of Arabic countries.
