At the beginning of the event, the head of YSU Chair of Iranian Studies Vardan Voskanyan greeted those present. He thanked those present and guests for their participation and noted that today's event is dedicated to the close Armenian-Iranian cultural relations, which are also reflected in the calendar, in the relations from Navasard to Novruz.
The Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies Ruben Melkonyan greeted the participants of the conference and thanked them for their presence. "First of all, I would like to welcome this remarkable event, which is another scientific undertaking of the Chair of Iranian Studies."
