REPORTS ON THE WORK DONE DURING THE YEAR. THE SITTING OF YSU ACADEMIC COUNCIL TOOK PLACE
The sitting of YSU Academic Council on 4 agenda and current issues took place today.
After approving the proposed agenda of the session, the Chairman of the Competition Committee of YSU Academic Council Poghos Vardevanyan submitted the applications for awarding the scientific titles of Professor and Associate Professor to the Academic Council for approval.
Turning to the next issue on the agenda, YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan reported on the implementation of the YSU Development Strategic Program for 2016-2020 (2020-2021 academic year), stating that the goals set by it were mainly fulfilled.
He informed that the new strategic development program of YSU was approved by the Board of Trustees.
After finishing the agenda of the sitting, YSU Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan mentioned that there will be changes that will contribute to the increase of the efficiency of the university's activity.
He informed that they will be discussed during the upcoming sittings.
