METALLURGY AND PROSPECTS FOR ITS APPLICATION IN THE FIELD OF MODERN COMMUNICATION AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
It should be noted that the scientific topic was funded by the Science Committee of the Republic of Armenia as a result of a competition for applications for scientific topics within the framework of contractual funding of scientific and technical activities.
"YSU Microwave Research Laboratory examines the relevant materials and their systems in order to improve the propagation properties and control capabilities of the waves. The complexity of the problem is that the materials used in these systems are not simple compounds, but composite, ”said Professor Arsen Babajanyan, a member of the scientific group and head of the Department of Applied Electrodynamics and Modeling.
According to him, it is planned to detect microwaves of small interaction, thin rods and ribbons, which are the element of metallic elements, to determine the possibilities of controlling the size of the fields formed in their vicinity and the reaction phase.
"It will allow controlling the connection between the metallic elements in a wide range of frequencies, determining the most favorable structures for effective beam absorption, focusing and propagation in the necessary direction," explained Arsen Babajanyan.
It is planned to carry out research in the microwave or ultra-high frequency field, where there is a wide range of possibilities for creating sub-wave structures.
