YSU STUDENTS TOOK HONORABLE PLANS IN THE ROCK CLIMBING CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE 23RD RA STUDENT SPORTS GAMES
In the YSU sports hall, where the best conditions for sports rock climbing are created, the group battle of the 23rd RA Student Sports Games, rock climbing championship, was held, where the YSU team won first place, and in the individual battle, both the first and second places.
In the women's competition of the individual championship of the inter-university competition, Adrine Arshakyan, a student of the Faculty of Radiophysics of YSU, took first place, Anahit Hambardzumyan, a student of the same faculty, took second place, and Liana Simonyan, a student of the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of Armenia, took third place.
Mher Ohannesyan, a student of the Faculty of Radiophysics of YSU, took first place in the rock climbing championship held within the framework of the 23rd RA Student Sports Games, Shant Sargsyan, a student of the Faculty of Physics, took second place, and Jivan Bareyan, a student of the State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of Armenia, took third place.
The students who won in Olympic sports within the framework of the 23rd RA Student Sports Games are members of the "Aparazh" Mountaineering Club of Yerevan State University. The club is always among the best and achieves success.
Students from Yerevan State University, the National Agrarian University of Armenia, V. Brusov State University, the European University of Armenia, State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports of Armenia were taking part in the rock climbing championship.
