IMPLEMENTATION OF JOINT RESEARCH PROGRAMS AND BROAD SCOPE OF COOPERATION: MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION WAS SIGNED

According to the memorandum signed today, the various research programs are to be implemented by the YSU Innovation Center for Social Research and the Bank, which will contribute to the development of both the financial sector and education and research activities.

Emphasizing the participation of the business world in the organization of education and research, YSU Rector H. Hovhannisyan stated at today's meeting that it is necessary both from the point of view of clearly formulating the demands of the labor market, and of addressing new issues.

"Through the Innovation Center for Social Research, we want to fill the gaps in the field and restore public confidence in sociological research. I am confident that our cooperation with Acba Bank will contribute to the development of the sectors and will provide opportunities to record new successes," said YSU Rector.

"Within the framework of cooperation with YSU, the bank is ready to invest its local and international best experience, professional knowledge, abilities and skills accumulated over more than twenty-five years, so that the research works planned in the framework of collaboration provide high results. I think that the results of the further work of Acba Bank and YSU Social Research Innovation Center will give a new quality to the Armenian financial sector," said Arsen Melkonyan, Deputy Chief Executive Director of Acba Bank.

During the meeting, the sides also discussed the scope of joint activities and further tasks.
