YSU MUSEUM HAS TWO THOUSANDS VISITORS ANNUALLY
May 18, International Day of Museums, is celebrated by more than 150 countries around the world. The number of visitors to the museums is growing greatly ahead of this day.
Among the museums of Armenia are the museums of the universities of Armenia, where the history of the foundation of the universities, as well as the literary heritage and contributions of the donors are shown.
Yerevan State University History Museum is the largest HEI museum operating in the Republic of Armenia. From January 1, 1995 it became an independent structural unit and was renamed to Yerevan State University History Museum. The Founding Director was historian Ludwig Gharibjanyan.
