COOPERATION BETWEEN GERMAN HUMBOLDT UNIVERSITY AND YSU CONTINUES
Within the framework of “Erasmus +” program YSU Faculty of Biology Chair of Zoology hosted students from Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany).
It should be noted that the students visited YSU to complete the diploma works and pass the final year courses. They also passed internships in Shirak Province on June 7-10, organized by Shirak State University staff.
The subject of the study was “Combination of Modern Methods of Biological Investigations and Geographical Methods”, in which students from the University of Humboldt, Germany, with the specialists of the Faculty of Zoology and WWF Armenian specialists also completed their field internships in Khosrov Reserve on May 7-13.
By the way, two students of the Faculty of Zoology are currently studying at the Humboldt University within the framework of the same program. The program also works for the teaching staff. For this purpose, lecturers of the Chair of Zoology at the Faculty of Biology left for Germany in January-February 2018, and visits by German colleagues are expected in September.
