KAZAKH OFFICIAL DELIVERED A LECTURE ON ACCOUNTING AND AUDIT
Head of the Department of Accounting Methodology of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the CIS Accounting and Financial Accounting Advisory Council Armanai Bekturova delivered a lecture at YSU Faculty of Economics and Management.
The event was attended by professors, post-graduates, students, as well as specialists from other organizations.
Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Hayk Sargsyan presented participants Armanai Bekturova.
The latter spoke about the international standards of accounting and auditing, as well as the problems of investment in the public and private sectors of the Eurasian Economic Zone. The differences between tax and financial records were also discussed, a particular attention was paid to the problems.
Armanai Bekturova noted that in the Eurasian Economic Union it is envisaged to pass to the unified field of accounting and audit till 2022: “It is necessary to have a unified field of services, which, in its turn, will harmonize the solutions that exist in the international investment in accounting and auditing,” - she said.
The attendees discussed the standards of accounting and auditing of both countries, Armenia and Kazakhstan. Head of the Chair of Finance and Accounting Hayk Mnatsakanyan noted that, despite the structural difference of the economies of the two countries, there are some similarities: “Both countries apply international accounting and auditing standards, ” - he added.
As a result of the discussion it became clear that the best ones in the field are also Armenian specialists. During the event, lecturers and students asked questions.
