LEONID AZGALDYAN: FRIENDS TELL ABOUT THE LEGEND OF ARTSAKH WAR
The regular meeting organized by the combat readiness club after Leonid Azgaldyan was held in the Paleans Hall of YSU today.
This time the students had a meeting with the friends of the founder of “Liberation army” voluntary squad, commander, the Knight of of the 1st grade order “Martial cross: of the RA and NKR L. Azgaldyan-Vardan Harutyunyan and Fred Nazaryan and the hero’s wife Zhanna Galstyan.
The chairman of the club Liparit Ghazaryan greeted those present with an opening speech. Then he spoke about the activity of the club and its significant achievements which are aimed at the improvement of students’ combat readiness and strengthening the ties between the army, the university and society.
The chairman of the club presented the participants of the meeting the video telling about the martial path Leonid Azgalyan had passed. Then Azgaldyan’s friends told the students interesting facts about his life which showed the exceptional human qualities of L. Azgaldyan.
