“VICTORY VOLUNTEERS”: BEST PARTICIPANTS CAN REPRESENT ARMENIA IN MOSCOW
The performance entitled “Victory volunteers” was held at YSU Russian Center.
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Great patriotic Was of 1941-1945 the All-Russian Volunteers Movement initiated creation of a volunteers group.
The post-graduate of YSU Faculty of Russian Philology, activist of the Russian Center Anna Khizantsyan explained that the aim of the project is to organize groups of volunteers in different countries which will help in the organization of the events dedicated to the 75 anniversary of victory.
The volunteers are to help veterans, improve monuments, hold international actions in “Days of unified actions” format (“Georgian lace”, “Memory candle and so on). During the main events of the Victory Day 200 best volunteers from different countries will represent their country in Moscow.
