TWO NEW TEXTBOOKS: RUSSIAN STUDIES TO BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE AT YSU
YSU Faculty of Russian Philology has published two textbooks.
Since September the Faculty of Russian Philology suggests a more effective way of studying Russian. The PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, the head of the Chair of Russian Language Susanna Lalayan and the lecturers of the faculty Marina Ayvazyan, Alla Baghdasaryan, Margarita Dpiryan, Sona Mkrtchyan-Lalayan jointly published “Russian language” (Русский язык) textbook. (e-version of the book is here).
The editor in charge for the book Mrs. Lalayan said that the new textbook had solved the main problems of learning Russian as the students’ level of knowledge is different and the previous book they used was not available for all. The new book also helps to develop the speaking Russian.
The second book, “Russian language manual. Reading book” (e-version of the book is here) was published nearly at the same time with the first one. The authors are the lecturers of the Chair of Russian Language Lusine Harutyunyan, Tamara Arushanova and Armine Gasparyan.. The manual is the collection of feature texts which familiarize students with Russian literature. The manual also involves assignments of various levels.
