LAWS HAVE BEEN BROKEN MANY TIMES DURING THE AUDIT: DURING THE PRESS CONFERENCE YSU RECTOR RESPONDS TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE HEAD OF SCS
YSU Rector Aram Simonyan called a press conference in relation to the announcement of the head of the State Control Service David Sanasaryan.
During the press conference held in the foyer of the session hall of YSU Academic Council YSU Rector referred to a number of important issues.
Expressing gratitude for prompt response to the invitation to the press conference and finding time to do it on the very last working day of the year, the Rector stressed that the occasion for calling the press conference was the news placed on News.am today that the head of the State Control Service announced on his Facebook page about the violations on the amount of AMD 800 million revealed as a result of the audit.
YSU Rector Aram Simonyan and the lawyer representing YSU interests Tirayr Vardazaryan referred to the legal violations committed by the State Control Service, to legislative settlements and the prejudiced assessment of the head of the State Control Service.
