ARA ATOYAN’S LECTURE ABOUT ANCIENT EGYPT
The series of lectures entitled “From Ancient Egypt to Ancient Greece” which is to last two days started today at YSU Faculty of history. The lecture was delivers by the lecturer of the Faculty of History, art critic Ara Atayan.

The event was organized by the SSS of the Faculty of History.
During the interactive lecture the speaker stated that the ancient Egyptians certainly didn’t know what we know today, and added that, we don’t know what they knew as up to now we can’t understand how the Egyptians were so sophisticated in archaeology and sculpture.
Ara Atayan spoke about the greatest revolution in the history of mankind, when Man started to get engaged in agriculture.
Mr. Atayan showed the students the pictures displaying the samples of ancient civilization: pyramids, sculptures, statues and so on.
