“WOMEN STAND OUT WITH UNIQUE ENERGY, HIGH MENTORING, EMOTIONAL AND LEADERSHIP ABILITIES”: BUSINESSWOMAN NELLY DAVTYAN

The speaker of the seminar was the founder of “Busticks Application” mobile app Nelly Davtyan, who was recognized the winner of “The Best Entrepreneur” awards held in Brussels, Belgium.

Before turning to the main issues Nelly Davtyan told about the way she had passed, about the difficulties, obstacles she encountered, about famous businesswomen.

Nelly Davtyan had applied to “Erasmus” program for young entrepreneurs presenting her “Busticks Application” mobile app. The SME Support Organization agreed to register her in its system.

The speaker also referred to the main obstacles women entrepreneurs face on their way: stereotypes, lack of recognition, difficulties with investments attraction and creation of beneficial relations and so on.

According to N. Davtyan, businesswomen outstand with a number of advantages: unique energy, high mentoring, emotional and leadership abilities.

Women also have intuition, they can manage stress and are details-oriented.
