ORIENTALIST VASILY KUZNETSOV DELIVERS A LECTURE AT YSU
The director of the Centre for Arabic and Islamic Studies of Institute of Oriental Studies of Russian Academy of Science, the Associate Professor of the Faculty of Global Policy of Moscow State University after M.V. Lomonosov, PhD in History Vasily Kuznetsov delivered a lecture in Egypt auditorium of YSU.
The lecture was organized by the Faculty of Oriental Studies.
The lecture was entitled “Hidden Paths of Tunisia:About Methodology of Discourse Analysis of Political Processes”. The Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Professor Ruben Melkonyan, the head of the Centre for Civilization and Cultural Studies David Hovhannisyan, the head of the division of Genocide Studies of IAS Suren Manukyan, lecturers and students were present at the event.
Vasily Kuznetsov is the author of analytical reports of “Valdai” club for international discussions related to the problems of socio-political development and statehood of Arabic world. He is also the author of monography entitled “Hidden paths of Tunisia: live and tell revolution”, participated in numerous bilateral and multilateral negotiations for overcoming the conflict in Livia.
Mr. Kuznetsov told about his book which is dedicated to socio-political processes in taken place in Tunisia.
