STUDENTS OF “GENOCIDE STUDIES” MASTER PROGRAM GET THEIR DIPLOMAS OF MASTER’S DEGREE IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
The ceremony of handing diplomas to the alumni of “Genocide Studies” Master program of the Institute of Armenian Studies was held today at YSU.
The “Genocide Studies” Master program of the IAS is a unique platform in Armenia offering studies of different sciences, involvement of leading specialists, professional internship with Armenian and foreign specialists, out-of-classroom meetings with specialists, postgraduate education as well as experience in research in classrooms provided with professional literature and equipment.
The new alumni were congratulated by the leader of the “Genocide Studies” Master program of YSU IAS Mher Hovhannisyan, by the head of the division of Genocide Studies Suren Manukyan and the head of the Chair of International Relations and Diplomacy, lecturer of the program, Vahram Petrosyan.
The congratulatory speeches were followed by the ceremony of handing the diplomas held in the Museum of YSU History.
It should be noted the admission for the YSU Master program of the academic year of 2019/2020 is going to be started. 3 positions with full compensation of tuition fee were allotted for “Genocide Studies” Master program (Master’s degree in “International Relations” is given) of the Institute of Armenian Studies.
It should also be reminded that the IAS with the support of the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport announces admission for Armenian entrants from Diaspora. The students form Armenian Diaspora who will pass the admission exams will get education within the frames of the state order (entrants from Armenian Diaspora can present their documents at the RA Ministry of ESMS).
