The goal of the program is to prepare pharmacists-analysts corresponding to international standards, to create a modern analytical laboratory with up-to-date equipment in YSU Institute of Pharmacy, and to install the Master program for structural research of medication materials and quality control over drugs.
The acting director of YSU Institute of Pharmacy, RA NAS Academician Ashot Saghyan informed that pharmacists-analytics are highly required by various companies producing medicines and relevant organizations, so the creation of the centre and the Master program is really needed.
Mr. Saghyan also noted that it is planned to get a corresponding license to develop entrepreneurship in this field.
