Scientific Analytical Center for Constitutional Economics

The Scientific Analytical Center for Constitutional Economics was founded in 2016. The activity of the center is aimed at the monitoring and management of constitutionality, conducting research on the issues of institutional development of the economy, and proposing scientific and practical solutions.

Among the main tasks of the center are:

• The development of methodological approaches for constitutional diagnosis, monitoring, and management of countries, 

• The creation of a system of indicators for assessing the level of constitutionality, 

• A unified methodology for conducting surveys and joint databases with partner organizations, the provision of educational services through the development of separate courses and training programs related to constitutional economics. 

In recent years, the Center has initiated scientific research dedicated to RA national security issues and developed conceptual documents. For this purpose, a series of scientific seminars was launched.

The main directions of the Center's scientific research include diagnosis and level assessment of constitutionality, development, and collection of methods for collecting databases for constitutionality assessment, development of ways of commercialization of conducted research and created databases, as well as "Big Data" and "Data Science" approaches and the study of their application possibilities in the field of constitutional economics.

The research outcomes conducted at the Center are summarized in various monographs and articles. Students, Master's students, Postgraduate students, and other researchers of YSU faculties and other universities are involved in the activities of the Center.

Within the framework of the Center's activities, fundamental research related to the problems of constitutional economics is carried out to present their results to the relevant agencies.
