The YSU dormitory was renovated in 2019. It has 125 rooms, of which 66 have one room, 47 have two rooms, 8 have three rooms, and 4 have four rooms. The rooms are furnished and comfortable, they have a bathroom and heating, as well as there are 10 kitchens in the dormitory provided with the necessary household equipment (refrigerator, gas stove, kettle, microwave oven, etc.).

Safety rules are observed in the dormitory, and access to transport is ensured.

Applications for temporary residence in the dormitory must be submitted to the administration of the dormitory, and foreign students have the opportunity to send applications to dormitory@ysu.am.

Students from YSU and other universities can apply, but students from other universities will be allocated a room in the student dormitory after ensuring the accommodation of YSU students (if there are any vacant rooms left).

After the application is approved, a paid service contract is signed with the student for the period until the end of the academic year.

Let us inform you that the monthly fee for one person's accommodation and daily maintenance in the YSU student dormitory is:

AMD 60,000 for a single room,

AMD 45,000 for a double room (31 rooms, 24 square meters),

AMD 40,000 for a double room (16 rooms, 21 square meters),

AMD 35,000 for a triple room,

AMD 30,000 for a four-bed room,

7000 AMD per night for a single room,

AMD 10,000 per night for a double room.

The amount includes the taxes defined by RA legislation.
