Lectures by Svetoslav Dimov, Angel Angelov, and Velitchka Gotcheva at YSU Faculty of Biology
On April 28, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., YSU Faculty of Biology will host a series of lectures.
The following topics and speakers will be featured in the upcoming lectures:
Svetoslav Dimov, PhD, Head of the Department of Genetics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", will present on "Applications of Metagenomics in Dairy Products Research."
Angel Angelov, Prof. Dr. at the Department of Biotechnology at the University of Food Technologies Plovdiv, will present on "The Role of Education and Research for Innovations and Solving Challenges in the Food Industry."
Velitchka Gotcheva, Head of the Department of Biotechnology at the University of Food Technologies Plovdiv, will present on "Food Quality and Safety Management."
The event will be attended by faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students, as well as guests interested in the topics.
