
On April 10-11 of this year, a professional symposium titled "Marketing Communication and Business Discourse: Perspectives and Challenges" was held at ISTC Hall, Yerevan State University. The symposium was organized by the English Chair of Cross-Cultural Communication at YSU Faculty of European Languages and Communication.
The event brought together leading professionals, experts, and scholars in the field of marketing communication, as well as graduates of the chair who have strengthened their positions in the field of business communication, alongside master's students, with the aim of exchanging theoretical knowledge, practical experience, and innovative approaches.
A panel discussion titled "How Artificial Intelligence is Changing Our Lives" took place, where leading industry experts presented the impact of artificial intelligence on our daily lives, professional sectors, and the global market, revealing both the opportunities and challenges it presents.

One of the key components of the symposium was the "Simulation Games in Business Communication" workshop, which allowed participants to deepen their skills in business communication, negotiations, decision-making, and teamwork.
After the symposium, participants visited the MAP brandy and wine factory to explore the peculiarities of advertising in the wine-making business.
