About the program
Admission requirements
Graduates of state and accredited/institutionally accredited non-governmental higher educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia who have the qualification of Bachelor of Law or a certified specialist can be enrolled in the distance learning system of the Master's program "Criminal Justice and Advocacy" on a competitive basis.
The aim of the program
The purpose of the program is to provide the student with in-depth, systematic and comprehensive knowledge of criminal, criminal procedure, legislation of penitentiary fields, institutional system, judicial practice, legislation and legal systems of other countries.
Advantages
During the training program, students' professional abilities and skills are developed in order to analyze and interpret legislation in the field of criminal justice and the practice of its application, self-study and research work in the criminal law, penal enforcement and criminal procedure spheres, solving complex practical problems, drafting documents related to this area.
