The project is dedicated to the theoretical research of electrical properties of modern twodimensional materials and secondary light radiation in them, as well as fluctuation phenomena and related problems. Discussed problems are divided into three groups:
- problems related to the secondary light radiation in 2D materials, in particular, related to the development of a theoretica model of the detailed mechanism of resonant light scattering within the framework of the concept of electron-hole self-photorecombination;
- problems related to the electrical conductivity of 2D materials, in particular, related to the development of a unified theory of the minimal conductivity of both intrinsic and dopped (with impurities) single and bilayer graphene;
- problems related to fluctuation phenomena, in particular, related to the current carrier distribution function and lattice mobility fluctuations in 2D materials and simulating of phenomena related to electron-phonon random scattering within them.
