YSU Board of Trustees announces competition for vacant position of director of YSU Ijevan Branch
In accordance with the "Regulations for the Selection of the Director of the Yerevan State University Ijevan Branch", the Board of Trustees of YSU announces an open competition for filling the vacant position of director of the YSU Ijevan Branch.
The competition will be held on December 25, 2024, in the YSU Academic Council Session Hall.
The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the competition is December 9, 2024 (inclusive).
Candidates for the position of director of the YSU Ijevan Branch must hold at least the academic degree of Candidate of Sciences.
To participate in the competition, the following documents must be submitted:
a) An application: in the case of self-nomination, or, if nominated by a structural subdivision of the branch, the decision of the subdivision and the written consent of the nominee.
b) A photograph.
c) A curriculum vitae/resume.
d) Copies of the candidate's higher education diploma and certificate confirming their academic degree.
e) A program of activities of the candidate, sealed in a closed envelope, which will be opened after the deadline for receiving applications.
The information under items "c" and "d" must also be submitted electronically in PDF format.
Applications, along with the required documents, can be submitted in person (on working days from 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) to the office of the Board of Trustees of YSU (Yerevan, 1 Alex Manoogian, YSU Main Building, Room 508) or sent to the email address: board@ysu.am.
The director of the Ijevan Branch is responsible for ensuring the continuous development of the branch’s educational and scientific activities, improving the quality of educational services provided to students, promoting collaboration with other faculties, units of YSU, and educational institutions in the province, managing the branch's human, financial, and material resources in accordance with the established procedures, and carrying out other duties as outlined in the internal legal acts and job description of the position.
