YSU listed among the world's top universities

According to the latest results of the QS Rankings, Yerevan State University remains the only university in Armenia included in the list of the best.

Being included in the QS Rankings and continuously improving its position are crucial for enhancing the university's recognition and reputation, which in turn creates new opportunities to secure a more prominent position in global academic and scientific platforms.

According to the latest data, Yerevan State University is ranked 901 in the QS World University Rankings, 412 in the QS Europe University Rankings, and 22 in the QS Europe University Rankings Western Asia. According to the QS WUR Ranking by Subject, YSU is ranked 601-620 in the disciplines of Physics and Astrophysics. 

YSU is also included in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings, which indicates that YSU's scientific achievements meet international standards. According to Times Higher Education, YSU is ranked 1501+, 1001+ in the Physical Sciences Subject Ranking, and 601+ in the Interdisciplinary Science Rankings ("2025 Times Higher Education Interdisciplinary Science Rankings in association with Schmidt Science Fellows"). 

The positions held by YSU in the QS Rankings will significantly contribute to the university's internationalization, the establishment of new connections, and the implementation of new programs.
