YSU Research Institute of Biology hosts annual conference to present research outcomes
To bring together leading scientists, experts, and young researchers in the field and to present the outcomes of recent research, the annual two-day conference is being held on March 27-28 at YSU Research Institute of Biology. Organized for the second time, this conference serves as a unique platform for exploring innovations in the field.

Summary Presentation of Scientific Research
"The conference provides an excellent opportunity for experts in the field to present their research work and discuss the latest scientific achievements," noted Karen Trchounian.

During the conference, chair heads, researchers, and lecturers presented reports on research conducted in various laboratories and their results. Researchers from several labs, including the Basic and Pathological Biochemistry Laboratory and the Laboratory of Integrative and Adaptive Physiology of Humans and Animals, highlighted the scientific and practical significance of their studies while sharing their findings.
The scientific works presented were distinguished by their relevance and practical importance. Research on topics such as "Physicochemical Processes in Traditional Wine Production in Armenia and Their Impact on Wine Fermentation and Aging" and "The Impact of Covid-19 on Peripheral Blood and Heart Indicators" addressed pressing issues and proposed solutions. The topics covered extensive research that, over the years, has led to innovative and significant scientific findings.
Involvement of Young Scientists
"For young researchers, this conference offers not only the chance to acquire new knowledge but also an opportunity to engage in the activities of the scientific community, meet with leading experts in the field, and master the culture of scientific discussions," emphasized Karen Trchounian, adding that such initiatives promote research-oriented thinking and the transfer of scientific experience to the new generation.

Experience as Basis for Efficiency
The organization of the conference proceeded smoothly, reflecting the effectiveness of the previous year’s experience and the well-established program.
"If you know what you want to achieve, nothing can prevent its realization," noted Karen Trchounian, highlighting the importance of such scientific events for the advancement of the field.
Holding conferences in this format contributes to the popularization of the scientific activities of the Research Institute of Biology and to the advancement of the field, enhancing cooperation between experienced and young specialists.
