YereMUN 2024: international conference launches at YSU From July 8 to 12, Yerevan State University is hosting the "Yerevan Model United Nations" (YereMUN 2024) international conference. As part of this international conference, participants have the opportunity to represent any country in the UN committee during dynamic debates, as well as to discuss universal issues.

YSU opens gym with modern equipment YSU Gym is now open at Alek Manukyan 1, in the YSU building of the Chair of Physical Education and Sports. The gym operates daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Exploring Spanish culture, education and communication: 3-day course held at YSU At Yerevan State University, a three-day course titled "Spanish Culture and Spain's Democratic and European Formation: Communication, Literature, Theater, Cinema, Music" was held. The course aimed to present the characteristics of Spanish culture and the role of culture, education and studies conducted at the university in the development of Spain's democracy.
YSU Professor - Author of New Discoveries in “Ashkharatsuyts” “Ashkharatsuyts” (“Ancient Armenian Geography”), compiled by Movses Khorenatsi in the 5th century and supplemented by Anania Shirakatsi in the 7th century, continues to be the focus of scholarly attention. Hakob Harutyunyan, a lecturer at the Department of World History at Yerevan State University and Doctor of Historical Sciences, has authored more than 40 scientific articles on “Ashkharatsuyts”, seven of which have been published in high-rated journals indexed in the international scientometric database Scopus."
YSU BI launches initiative to fund social impact startups On the joint initiative of Yerevan State University Business Incubator (YSU BI), Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), and C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia, a selection of social impact startup ideas was held at Yerevan State University. Out of 17 teams that applied, the top 6 were selected.
