"ARMENIAN COMMUNITY OF CHILE IS NOT BIG, BUT IMPORTANT" AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHILE IN ARMENIA
Vice-rector on International Cooperation and Public Relations of YSU Arthur Israelyan and Head of International Cooperation Department Alexander Margarov were present at the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting Artur Israelyan welcomed the guests and highlighted the fact that the visit of the Ambassador of the Republic of Chile takes place within the framework of the events dedicated to the centennial of YSU foundation.
YSU Vice-rector noted that it was discussed the prospects of cooperation between YSU and Chilean scientific-cultural institutions.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Chile to the Republic of Armenia delivered a welcoming speech.

Mr. Ambassador noted that although the Armenian community in Chile is not big, but it is very important community.
The ambassador then presented Chile's geographical position, population, and presented the domestic and foreign policy directions of Chile.
