"NO ONE CAN BECOME A DIPLOMAT WITHOUT LOVING THE HOMELAND." ARAM GRIGORYAN AT YSU FACULTY OF ORIENTAL STUDIES
YSU Faculty of Oriental Studies hosted today the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Uzbekistan Aram Grigoryan who delivered a lecture on Armenia's relations with the Central Asian states.
As the Dean of the Faculty Ruben Melkonyan informed at the beginning of the meeting, the meeting with the Ambassador was organized within the framework of the traditional orientalist at Faculty of Oriental Studies meeting-lectures.
At the meeting-lecture Aram Grigoryan presented the peculiarities of Armenia's relations with the Central Asian states.
Aram Grigoryan stated that when conducting diplomatic activities, the main attribute that a diplomat should have is patriotism.
“No one can become a diplomat without loving the homeland. In all actions, words and contacts one should think first of all for the benefit of the Motherland”: he said.
Aram Grigoryan also answered the participants' questions during the meeting.
At the end of the event Ruben Melkonyan presented the Ambassador with the textbook "History of the Republic of Turkey".
