YSU PHD STUDENTS ARE RECOGNIZED AS WINNERS IN THE FIELD OF "NON-ELECTRONIC SOURCES OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY"
YSU PhD students Mary Iskandaryan and Liana Vanyan from the Chair of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Biotechnology of YSU Faculty of Biology, received grants within the framework of "PhD Support Program 2021".
The project, implemented by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation with the support of PMI Science, aims to support young scientists by providing funding and supporting them for research and development projects.
Since 2018, 30 PhD students from 11 universities and research institutes have already been involved in the program, making significant progress in their scientific research.
In a conversation with us, Mary Iskandaryan said that currently the search for alternative energy sources and the development of methods and new strategies for obtaining bioenergy are a priority.
The PhD students mentioned that such programs contribute to the development of science, becoming it younger and make the use of science realistic.
It should be added that 10 PhD students received funding within the framework of the "PhD Support Program 2021".
