SUMMARY OF STUDENT SPORTS GAMES
An important part of student life are the various sporting events and competitions that make student life interesting and different.
Summing up the sports year, it is necessary to refer to the results of the 22nd Republican Student Sports Games organized by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports.
Athletic pentathlon, table tennis, shooting, power triathlon, arm wrestling, futsal, basketball and volleyball competitions were held within the framework of sports games.
1020 sportsmen-students of 22 higher educational institutions took part in the games.
Minister of Education, Science, Culture, Sports Vahram Dumanyan congratulated the winners and participants of the student games during the solemn ceremony summarizing the results of the sports games.
He stressed that the RA Government and the Prime Minister attach special importance to the development of mass sports, within the framework of which this traditional tournament is organized.
